Order Policy
Sweet Delight Cakery requires a 50% deposit to secure your order and event date. At the time your invoice will be emailed with all the detailed information concerning your cake order. At the time all the details will be on the invoice, date, time off pickup or delivery, outline all details of your order. Please review your order prior to making payment, reviewing your order, and making your payment is your approval acknowledging all information is accurate on your invoice.
All orders placed within two weeks or less will require full payment. Orders placed less than two weeks to pick update you will be charged a rush fee of an additional 50% of the order total.
If any corrections need to be made please notify us ASAP for us to make corrections. If you find any information that needs to be made please don’t make payment. When your payment is made your order is secure and confirm. Weather picking up or delivery your final payment is due 14 days prior to your event date.
All payments 100% are non- refundable
In the event, there’s a change with your order contact our business ASAP. Sweet Delight Cakery must be contacted no later than 72 hours prior to your order date if theirs’s a cancellation or changes. If contacted prior to 72 hours customers will have 90 days to use credit for your cake. There will be no refunds on any payments. If there’s an emergency on the behalf of our business, there will be a full refund to you. Thank you
