Delivery Policy
Delivery fee starts at $80.00 for delivery within a 25 mile radius, additional $2.00 per each mile over 25 miles, and is included with your total balance. The security deposit consists of 50% of your order total plus the delivery fee. Sweet Delight Cakery is not responsible for any order after it has been delivered.
Pick-up Policy
Once a pick-up time is agreed upon, you are expected to pick up your order within 15-minutes from the time agreed upon. If you arrive outside of the 15 minute grace period, a late fee of $30 will be due prior to releasing your order. If you are late, Sweet Delight Cakery may have other obligations that conflict with the time you may arrive and your order must be picked up according to availability within our schedule. If an emergency occurs and you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us no later than 24 hours prior to the pick-up date. If Sweet Delight Cakery must deliver your order with at least a 24-hour notice, a fee of $70.00 for delivery within a 20-mile radius will be charged and must be paid prior to delivery. If notice of delivery is given to us within 24 hours of the expected pick-up time, a fee of $85.00 will be charged for delivery within a 20 mile radius and must be paid prior to delivery. Same day and late notice delivery depends on our availability. Sweet Delight Cakery is not responsible for any order after it has been picked up from our premises.
Allergy Warning
Although dessert treats with nuts may not have been ordered, those with sensitivities to NUTS, GLUTEN, DAIRY, EGG, SOY, AND/OR FOOD COLORING should not consume our products (ingredients are processed in shared facilities). All products we offer are processed without state inspection and no product is for resale.
